Highlights
This project is a major landmark development in Nangang District and Taipei’s first mixed-use social housing project to adopt Green Building Energy Efficiency 1+. Alongside social housing units, it integrates commercial spaces and long-term care facilities.
CEC will utilize system aluminum formwork, prefabricated MEP systems, and other sustainable construction technologies to fulfill its commitment to ESG principles.
