Mr. John Wai Leung Chan was appointed General Manager, Macau Branch, a stand-alone Business Unit under the International Business Division of CEC, effective from September 26, 2013. He has over 30 years of engineering and construction industry experience in Hong Kong and Macau, with Hsin Chong Construction Company, Zhuhai International Economic & Technical Cooperation Corporation, Shui On Construction Company, Kier Hong Kong Ltd and Binnie & Partners etc. and has extensive knowledge of the Macau market.
During his career, Mr. Chan has served in senior executive management positions with duties ranging from project management, contract administration, business development, tendering, cost control, staff management and company strategy.
