With an approximate site area of 38,000 m² at the north apron of the former Kai Tak Airport, the square links between the Kai Tak MTR station.

The works include single story blocks, an open plaza, a cycling track, a large lawn, seating areas (with recycled plastic timber decking, precast concrete seating and pavilions), covered walkways, drainage and utilities works, plumbing installation, building services installations and hard and soft landscape works of 13,000 m².
