The works mainly comprise design and construction of the elevated structure, at-grade road works, noise barrier and landscape works:

– Landscaped deck structure integrated with noise barriers of about 1,400m long
– noise barriers integrated with landscaped deck structure with provision for pedestrian crossings of about 1,100 m long
– Landscaping works on landscaped deck structure
– Dual 2-lane district distributor roads of about 1,700 m
– Single 2-lane access roads of about 590 m long
– Improvement works for three road junctions in Kowloon Bay
– Sewerage and drainage works, drainage outfalls, water mains and utilities installation
